Next to the possibility of dispatching orders, there are several possibilities to communicate with your drivers. This chapter will show how you can send messages to your drivers and how they can respond. Also, WEBFLEET can forward messages from your drivers to your email box for optimal communication.
Sending a message to a driver
In order to send a text message to one of your drivers, you simply go to the map display screen and click on the ABC button.
